Preparing for your test
Drink plenty of water before your draw. If the laboratory needs anything else for your panel, we tell you by email and text before your appointment.
How booking works
Order online, then pick a date and time on the confirmation page. If your clinic doesn't take bookings through Skyline, we email you their details to book direct. The link to book is also in your confirmation email and your account. Choosing arrange your own? Your kit ships the same day, with no booking needed.
Results and turnaround
Results usually land {turnaround}. We email you the moment your report is ready, and it's saved in your account. Every result is shown against the laboratory's range; anything outside it is flagged for you to take to your GP.
The laboratory
Samples are analysed by Nationwide Pathology, a UKAS accredited laboratory (No. 7983) to ISO 15189. Your report is the laboratory's results with a plain English overview. We don't diagnose; anything flagged is for your GP.
